CUTTING TECHNICAL

We use AutoCAD & a computerised monitoring system to ensure optimisation of fabric usage and reduce fabric wastage. Using CAM, Auto Spreader and Auto Cutter etc., helps us providing improved output.

SEWING

IRON

At PN Composite Ltd., we take pride in our high-quality apparel manufacturing process, which includes a finishing section that can iron up to 100,000 garments per day. Our state-of-the-art tracking technology ensures that every garment receives complete quality assurance from start to finish. Trust us to deliver exceptional results every time.

PACKING

In the last step, finished clothes are folded, tagged, sized, and packaged according to customer specifications. We source our packing from environmentally friendly packaging. We pack our products in protective plastic bags using automated and manual systems to ensure that the material stays clean, protected, and pressed during shipping.

EMBROIDERY

P.N. Embroidery section specializes in computerized embroidery for knit garments. To ensure the best finishing, we use automated embroidery machines to create our product's required designs. We have worked for our clients with a good reputation for the last seven years.

Capacity: Number of heads = 39 Nos Capacity = 1 million stitches per day.
